We already have an active and passionate team in India, and we’re proud of the meaningful community outreach we’ve accomplished through impactful projects across the USA as well as Canada, Kenya, Ghana and India, and now excited to further grow our India team and widen our impact.
Our India chapter is part of a vibrant global community, and when you join us, you’ll be working directly with local teams, supported by international mentors and leadership who have spent years making a difference in India. The Lead Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs at state level. Working closely with program managers, volunteers, and stakeholders in both US and India, this role is critical for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with our mission.

Volunteer
The Volunteer will be instrumental in assisting with the planning, implementation, and oversight of various programs. Collaborating closely with Co-ordinator, fellow volunteers, and key stakeholders, this role is essential in ensuring that initiatives are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
Finance Coordinator
As a Finance Coordinator, you’ll support the financial planning, reporting, and monitoring of our programs in India. Working in close collaboration with U.S. and India-based teams, you will ensure financial integrity, transparency, and accountability across projects—helping us turn every donated rupee into meaningful impact.
Legal Coordinator
The Legal Coordinator will play a critical role in overseeing the legal aspects of Bright Mind’s operations in India. This includes navigating the legal framework for establishing and operating Bright Mind India (BME India), ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and supporting the management team with legal documentation and contracts. This role will also be involved in working on intellectual property protection, drafting and reviewing agreements, and liaising with legal authorities. The coordinator will assist with setting up BME India’s legal infrastructure and ensuring that the organization’s programs and activities comply with Indian and international legal standards.
Web Development Coordinator
The Web Development Coordinator will play a key role in assisting with the design, development, maintenance, and improvement of BME’s web pages and online applications. Working closely with our project managers, content creators, and other developers in both the US and India, this role is critical for ensuring our digital projects are user-friendly, accessible, and effectively support our mission.
