Donations Are Most Welcome. Your Contribution Sustains These Programs And Enables Someone Else’s Participation Who May Not Otherwise Be Able To.

Bright Mind wellness programs are guided by instructors with decades of experience in mindfulness, movement, and community-based wellness. Our classes support emotional balance and everyday well-being through accessible movement, breath and mindfulness practices.

  • Welcoming both first-time participants and experienced practitioners, including those returning after a time away or an injury.

  • Bright Mind prides itself on supporting people across diverse life situations by offering private programs for at-risk or vulnerable communities with comfort and dignity.

    Open Sessions:

  • Guided, adaptable sessions are open to all.
  • Designed so first-timers can join at any time, while learning and lessons deepen over time for those who remain active.
  • Small Groups & Custom Programs:

  • Offered in small groups, one-on-ones or customized formats to meet specific needs or goals.
  • Examples: Corporate wellness retreats, private therapeutic sessions, or targeted workshops.
