Tibetan Yoga is part of a lone-standing tradition of breathing and movement practices develoned to improve coordination. balance and mental claritv. The movements are precise, engaging the body in a rhythmic. focused way that releases tension, builds stability, and supports a clearer, more energized state of mind. With regular practice these methods support better physical coordination and mental steadiness, helping people feel more balanced and composed over time.

Paula Casanova
Executive Director, Bright Mind Wellness; Bright Mind Director of Mindful Education
Bright Mind wellness programs are led by a group of instructors who offer well-being and creative programs. Paula Casanova is one of the instructors, with a focus on Tibetan Yoga. Paula is an Indigenous Peruvian educator with over 17 years of international experience teaching yoga and mindfulness across Latin America, Europe, and India. She has been a certified Tibetan Yoga instructor since 2018 and guides both accessible and physically demanding classes that integrate breath, movement, and focused attention.
