About Us:

Bright Mind is an award-winning non-profit organization recognized for our innovative initiatives, such as Wellness Week and ‘Street Care’. Our outreach has reached up to 60 million people, and we have been featured on CBS, Politico, ABC, and Newsweek. We are now looking to expand our impact globally, with plans to launch our programs in India, bringing our community-centered approach to new regions in need. You will work closely with our International Team, contributing to meaningful projects that drive real-world change. Position Summary:

The Volunteer will be instrumental in assisting with the planning, implementation, and oversight of various programs. Collaborating closely with Co-ordinator, fellow volunteers, and key stakeholders, this role is essential in ensuring that initiatives are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.

Position Title: Volunteer (India)

Position Type:  Volunteer (Unpaid)

Time Commitment:  Minimum 15 hours per week.

Location: Open (Anywhere in India).

Eligibility: Undergraduate students and above.

Key Responsibilities:

• – Support the creation of project plans by helping establish timelines, define key deliverables, and coordinate necessary resources.
• – Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders—such as donors, volunteers, community partners, and beneficiaries—to ensure alignment and provide timely updates.
• – Prepare and manage project-related documentation, including progress reports, meeting summaries, and evaluation materials, while ensuring adherence to funding requirements.
• – Organize and execute project events such as workshops, seminars, and community outreach initiatives.
• – Monitor project risks and timelines, identifying challenges early and recommending strategies to address them.
• – Contribute to the design and use of tools that evaluate program success and impact.
• – Offer administrative support by scheduling meetings, coordinating communications, and managing logistical needs.
• – Work closely with the Coordinator to ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and on time.

Skills:

• – Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• – Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• – Capable of handling multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities efficiently.
• – Familiarity with budget monitoring and financial oversight is an added advantage.
• – Proven experience engaging with diverse populations and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
