She works with organizations across industries, helping to transform their customer and employee experiences, within workforce management across industries. She has extensive experience in retail operations management with over 17 years in the field, best known for multi-site operations, training and development, workforce management, merchandising, and budget administration. She has been a major part of Bright Mind for over three years, lives in Chicago, and enjoys traveling across the world, experiencing different cultures, histories and cuisines.
